Landmine victim

A former Cambodian government soldier talks about his frustrations with not being able to farm his land because he can;t get funding to clear it of landmines from years of war in western Cambodia. He lost his arms whil in the army trying to clear a mine so that his unit could move forward in its fight with Kmer Rouge forces.
