Pabbo Fire

Residents react to another hut fire in Pabbo Camp for the internally displaced near Gulu town in Northern Uganda. In the camp of 63,000 people fires are a daily threat, caused by cooking fires and by suspicious means. Some are killed in the fires, although this one was not fatal.
